While Judy was doing all the hard work, Doug found time to get involved in the California Association of Bed and Breakfast Inns (CABBI; recently renamed as California Association of Boutique and Breakfast Inns). He initially served on the InnSpire Convention Committee, was appointed to the CABBI Council in 2009 and is serving his sixth year on the Council (essentially the Board of Directors of the Association). And now, after 12 years in Calistoga, we’ve decided we again need a change of pace/location. We are hitting the road in our new RV and searching for new interim innkeeping assignments as we travel around the great big beautiful US of A.

Your property's personality + my personality = Guest's best experience. I am actively looking for my next career opportunity, either in inn/boutique hotel management or quality assurance. My ability to build relationships at an exceptional property, where the guests is most important and the staff does "whatever it takes" to satisfy those discriminating guests and assist in achieving memorable experiences are where I have excelled.

Throughout both of our careers, Holly in sales and Richard in education, we have enjoyed our interaction with people. As retirees we wanted to continue this involvement, and Interim Innkeeping has proven to be the perfect solution. From our own travels we learned how terrific a warm inviting B&B is. Now we can extend that experience to others. We love cooking together and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for the guests. We are experienced, enthusiastic and dependable. Keeping your Inn just as you would have it is our priority.
